Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
It is the policy of Chatham Transit Network to comply with the legal requirements of Federal and State laws and regulations as they pertain to individuals with disabilities. The transit system provides quality transoprtation services without discrimination to all persons including individuals with disabilities. Discrimination on the basis of disability against any person by transit system employees will not be condoned or tolerated.

Title VI
It is the policy of Chatham Transit Network, as a federal-aid recipient to ensure that no person shall, on the ground of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any of our programs and activities, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and all other related nondiscrimination laws and requirements.

Accessibility to Information
Chatham Transit Network strives to make information concerning transportation services available to individuals with disabilities. This obigation includes making adequate communications capacity available, through accesible formats and technology, to enable users to obtain information and schedule service.
