Trip Times

  • Buses are not permitted to wait on riders over 5 minutes once the bus arrives for pick-up. During dispatch hours (7:00 am – 5:00 pm), a call will be made to you. If no response, you will be marked “no show” and the bus will leave. You will still be responsible for fare amount if marked “no show”.
  • Courtesy calls will be placed the day prior to remind clients of scheduled ride.
  • Clients may be picked up ahead of original pick-up time. It is recommended that clients call the office the day prior to receive a more exact pick-up time.
  • Clients will receive an automated call when the driver is on the way.
  • Clients that have signed up for the Trip Portal, can see vehicle location and receive text notifications if selected.
  • Return trips that are “Will Call” – You will be picked up as soon as a bus becomes available to pick you up. It could take up to 60 minutes once you call ready for your vehicle to arrive.

How Do I Cancel My Ride?

Call 919-542-5136 between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm at least one hour prior to pick up time if you need to cancel your ride. If your ride is scheduled outside of dispatch hours, call 919-795-5808.
