In County Service
A reservation service from any location in Chatham County to any location in Chatham County.
Reservations can be booked via Trip Portal, email or by calling 919-542-5136.
Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance, not including nights and weekends. Reservations for Monday must be made by 12:00 pm on the previous Thursday. Reservations for Tuesday must be made by 12:00 pm on the previous Friday.
Fares
Fares are charged based on mileage from pick up location to drop off location. Mileage is calculated by our trip software, and fare will be quoted when reservation is scheduled.

Fares must be paid upon boarding. Drivers cannot make change.
Out of County Service
Out of County transportation is provided at our fully allocated cost which is determined annually. 5310/EDTAP program is available for residents 60 years or older or with a qualifying disability to reduce the cost.
5310/EDTAP program rides are based on eligibility, annual funding and schedule availability.
